The Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) division is staffed and managed by a skilled and experienced team of engineers and technicians. All aspects of MEP work are covered; from estimation, technical support, drafting, design support, preparation of shop drawings, subcontracting and purchasing. Additionally, there is a full staff of highly qualified site personnel, including foreman, charge hands and tradesmen, including electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters, ducts men AC technicians and all necessary workshop personnel.
Having a fully operational and independent MEP division allows Global Group to execute MEP works with full control, whilst ensuring the highest quality workmanship.

The main purpose of the HVAC system is to provide a “conditioned and controlled environment” so that a comfortable and safe environment is maintained for the occupants. Conditioned and controlled environment means air being supplied to the different zones are clean, odor free, sustaining the comfort conditions such as temperature and relative humidity and ensuring the proper movement of the air in the premises.

Our Area of operation covers detailed design in accordance with international and local authorities’ standards, sourcing the materials, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of LPG / SNG / NG Central Gas System, Fuel Oil Handling System, Fuel Storage Tanks, Compressed Air and Vacuum Systems, Medical and Industrial Gases networks.

Clients include five star hotels, hospitals, and industrial units, commercial and residential buildings. The division feels proud to be a part of special projects like ADNOC Filling Stations, Louvre Museum Abu Dhabi, Intercontinental Hotel, Mazyad Mall, Al Shaya Food Factory Dubai and Abu Dhabi Shooting Club.
